Reduce/Remove Lag Caused by Houseboats

This mod was created to stop the lag that is caused by Houseboats. Who would have thought that two tuning changes would be the issue to a lot of lag. This is not only for Island Paradise but anywhere you want to create houseboats or worlds with houseboats. 

The Issues: 

• Sims/NPCs could drive a Houseboat Autonomously 
• NPCs had the capability to move ports according to the tuning file between like 8 hours of the day and it was autonomous. So this was a heavy lag causing issue. 

This will not fix the routing issues caused by things being blocked but once you fix those Island Paradise is enjoyable to play. 

Noted Issues I have found (I will be updating this with specific lots in the future)

• Archways used as doorways. See the tutorial here to either keep them or remove them
• Plants, trees, shrubs blocking entrances around the world. 

Beach Towels No More or Under Your Control

This mod was created by a Request for help for Goderguy @MTS. I was helping him with some Resort changes and issues he was having. (that led to a few of the other mods I have on here that are not released at MTS because I need to fine tune them) 

So the Issue: Sims just place beach towels where ever they see fit. It's not a good look when they just plop them down in driveways or just random spots in the game. (This drove me nuts as well don't know why I didn't look into it before) 

The solution: Remove the Autonomous action of Placement of the Beach Towels. Using the mod buyable-beach-towels-with-custom-script by icarus_allsorts at MTS. You can place the Beach Towels down where you want them and NPC's will still Autonomously use them. Player Sims capability to "Relax Here" is not impacted. You can make your player sim use the ones you have placed as well. 

Also a noted bonus depending on how you look at it..If you don't want them to use Beach Towels and you place lounge chairs down they will choose the lounge chair to relax on. This was a huge bonus for me as I love the look of lounge chairs around the pools and some "upper level" beaches versus just beach towels being plopped everywhere.
